98 Altima Will not start

Car ran fine and out of nowhere it just shut off. car has power running to it but when i turn the key i dont get any dash lights. Security light is blinking! dome light does turn on when door is open .Has a Brand new battery. this thing will not start. will not turn over! its properly grounded i tried unlocking all doors and trunk with key nothing is working, help please

does the car have an alarm or anti theft system?

FIXED! Thanks....it was the ignition 40A Fuse by the battery!
