?????? ... no, 1st gen Altimas has 4 x 114.3 bolt patterns

technically... yes but you would need a 5-4 lug changer for all 4 and probly spacers. i had a 98 alti (gle) and the tire size is also a lil different. if u wanna do it tho- go for it- it will be more expensive tho. plus lug changers arent exactly as strong as ur actual wheel setup so i'd advice on selling ur olds and buying news.

98 alti's to the 08 alti coupes ftw
