98 Altima Aftermarket Parts Question

ok i have been searching for like 6 hrs. and i have only found one set of coil overs that are not lik 2 grand they are only 50 bucks but i'm not real sure about them they are listed to fit 93-99 altima's but 93-97 are 1st gens. 98,99 are 2nd gens. do they bolt on the same? Also do they not make Halo headlights for 2nd gens. I have a 98 Altima 2.4 cold air intake under tha hood. 17" DR-3 Drag racing Rims, planning to get JDM Black Headlights, JDM Black Taillights, Black bumper moulding trim instead of chrome. I got Tinted windows it's an auto maybe lookin to do a 5 speed transmission swap in tha future. DVD/ CD Player in tha dash 2 12" Subs and 820 watt power acoustic amp. Also lookin a full cat back exhaust for my 98 altima. Thx. in advance for answering my questions
