98 240sx turbo and egr

I'm trying to sell my car because I can't pass emissions in the county I live in because I have a resistor on my egr circuit. The EGR system was removed when I installed the turbo system.

I've been trying to sell the car without much success which is unbelievable to me given that I'm asking 7900 for it.

Now I'm to the point where I'm thinking maybe I'll just keep the car. I'm trying to piece together what would be needed to hook the EGR back up again.

Here's what I've got so far:1. EGR valve2. Valve the works in conjunction with the egr valve(anyone know that name?)3. 1/2inch SS tube to go from egr to downpipe4. Some kind of bung welded to the downpipe for the egr tube. Not sure what to use.5. Not sure how to connect the SS tube to the egr valve, any ideas?
