98 240sx injen intake on a 96 240sx

hi , i was wondering whether anyone knows if a 98 intake will fit a 96. one of my friends is gettin rid of his car and i wanted his intake. ive heard that there was something a lil different as far as one of the sensors. so i really dont know. if anybody has any experience with this, just let me know. thanx. peace.
