Hello Nicoclub

I just bought some JDM Y33 kouki non-hid headlights. I was wondering if any of you have experience wiring up the headlights because I own a 97 Q45 and it doesn't look like a plug and play.

Thanks

Besides JDM headlight kickup being on the left side to blind oncoming US drive on the right oncoming traffic, much easier and better performing to switch out for US 1999+ model HID headlight units with ballasts.

What are the differences? Why would one want those headlights?

Also, can you put the bulbs from your old headlights into the new housings?

It's mainly for cosmetic purposes.

I think it may be possible to put my old bulbs into the new housings, I'll take a look at them.

Have you changed out your LED's in your tag lights? I was wondering if you found the write up that I typed up for you was useful?

Excuse me?

So you are saying some kind of styling esthetic when your car is stationary is more important than how well it functions on the road as a car?

LOL!! Maxnix, do you know where I can find the 99+ headlights with ballasts for a good price? I would like to put those headlights on my 98. Perferably the headlights that has the black sections in it. I think those are the Q45t model headlights. Would it take a lot of work to make them fit?
