97 s14 motor in 95 help !!!

ok so i just bought a 95 s14 with a 97 motor trans and harness-ecu.the prob was that the alternator was not chargingv the batt so the guy switched 2 clips around i quess they were backwards or some ****. well then the alternator was charging the batt but the car will not stay at idie. it just keeps dieing but i can hit the gas and it stays on till i let off then it stalls again. come to find out we somehow fired the ecu witch is ob2 we thiought thats why it was not idieling at all so we made some phone calls and found out that we can use an 95 s14 ecu so we bought one and still does the same thing. and it brings up the codes of 25---41---82--in order they are IACU---INTAKE AIR TEMP---CRANK POSITION SENSORare they really bad or what. i have no clue all have worked on is s13 alot different

Clearly the idling issue sounds like the IAC dirty/plugged/broken, etc. With the other codes on top of it.... You inherited a mess. Bust out the FSM on here and start confirming everything is hooked up, etc. Take the IAC off and clean it. Follow the FSM to go through each error code and diagnose it.
