97 S14 A/C wont get cold

I have a 97 s14 and when i turn on the a/c it doesnt get cold. The a/c works and all and blows out air and everything, just won't get cold. Can somebody help me? thanks.

run out and have a gander under the hood. you'll see a tall cylinder with two metal lines running to it near the passenger side. you'll also see a small clear window, do you see bubbles there?

the same thing happened to my air, it was a blown fuse caused by the wrong taillight bulb being put in!!!!go figure :
