Hi,

I'm new here. Mostly been lurking and absorbing the information. I've got a probably somewhat simple question:

Are the rear rotors on a 97 Y33 integral-hub or do they just sit on the hub? I replaced the rear brake pads a couple weeks ago and that got rid of most of my wobble-while-braking. While I was performing that job, I tugged on the rotors to see how they were affixed, and they didn't go anywhere. Was unsure if the rotors were physically attached to something or just corroded in place.

I looked at the 1998's service manual at http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Q45/ (the 1997 is missing most of the sections) and didn't really get a definite answer.

Anyone? Thanks!

They are probably just corroded on, they just sit on the hub, its not an integral hub like many trucks use...

IF you notice theres a small threaded hole on opposite sides of the face of the rotor, you cna pick up a bolt that has a 12mm head on it (any 12mm headed bolt off the car will work) and it will thread in and push the rotor away form the hub.
