97 qx4 tps issue?

not shifting past second. can rev all the way up and continue to accelerate but still cant get out of second. rough startup and then it smooths out.
codes; p0120 tps sensor a Circuit pending p0105 Manifold absolute pressure or barometric pressure circuit confirmed P0325 Knock Sensor 1 circuit confirmed
things i know have been done; fuel pump, fuel filter, throttle body, distributor.

i'm assuming he messed up the install of the throttle body and somehow messed the tps up. is there an adjustment i can make on it or should i go to the junkyard and pull a hopefully working body out? Thank you for your time

tps nor throttle body at fault. switched those out today.
