97 q45 power is weak
97 q45 power is weak
My q45 is very weak when I take off at a light, but then it drives fine. I had my Spark plugs changed recently. My SES light cam e on I pulled the code its saying P0325 one & two (Knock Sensor). Do I need to get these changed. or should I try some BG 44 first. How much for the parts & labor for the KNock Sensor...

My thread regarding knock sensor changes on our (97-01) q45's.
It is NOT an easy job for someone that doesn't turn wrenches - it will cost you anywhere from $600-$1000 at a dealer - this isn't including whatever OTHER parts they determine need to be replaced (injectors with broken pintle caps, etc....)

Did this "weakness" start right after the plug change? What plugs did you put in?

no it started about 3 weeks after my plugs were changed, I used NGK PF PLUGS..
