97 Q45 diff gear

Does anyone here have any experience with changing the differential gear on a 97 Q to 4.083? If so, I'd like some feedback on what kind of results you had.

Again the 97 Q has a higher ratio [3.694 vs 3.538] so the impact is a little less noticable. The 10% higher revs per equal previous speed will reduce the gas mile an equal amount.Lots of work and cost for 0.2 seconds improvement. Finding and replacing the correct gear in the speedo sensor is an added challenge.
