97 q the elbow that holds the door open

Ya know the metal elbow that keeps the door open i don't know what it's called but does anyone know where i can get one for my driver and passenger front doors they're both shot

They come from the factory that way on the FGY33.

they're called the door check.i have found that they don't last too long on the fgy33. the one i replaced almost 5 years ago is shot again.

They don't last long when greased regularly (90 days)?

unlike the g50, they are a hard nylon. perhaps i greased it too much, as it does not want to stay in the open position. but it is completely silent and smooth.
