97 Pathfinder Computer Check time

I was just wondering how long does it take for a 97 Pathfinder to normally do its computer diagnostic? I had some EVAP codes pop up that I believe I fixed but when I use a reader after driving the car for a while the reader still says that the CAT and OS2 is still "Not Ready".Everything else is fine but I was trying to see what else I can do to get this all in "Ready" mode for my e-check. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.Chris.
