Hi all I'm new here and I am hoping someone may can help me. I find it hard to believe these problems are not all related.

I have a 98 Frontier and currently the Turn signals nor the Wipers will work. I also have to "jump" the clutch interlock relay in order for it to start.

Here is a little bit of background.
The battery started to lose charge so I replaced it. The new battery died as well and the truck would not crank. I checked the inside cab fuses first and did not have power to the wipers or signal fuse.

No noise at starter. I realized then that maybe it was the starter so I replaced it . After replacing the starter the truck would still not crank. I then thought maybe it was the alternator and I replaced it as well.

I checked for continuity of my battery fuses link and all had power. Both sides of my engine fuse box is getting power. I replaced the clutch interlock relay and still nothing. I then put a wire "jumped" the clutch interlock relay and the truck will start but I don't have wipers or signals (hazards do work).

I also thought maybe it was the ignition so I replaced the ignition switch in the column.

The truck still wont crank unless I jump the relay, and even then my wipers nor signals work.

TLDR

I can only crank if I jump the clutch interlock relay (I've tried numerous new ones)
No power to inside fuse for wipers and turn signals.
Replaced fuses, alternator, starter, battery and ignition switch.

Here is a pic of "jumping" the relay

Sounds like something between the switch and the fuse block?
Accessory relay issue?
Ya gotta get a diagram.

How about the clutch switch itself?

I'd check out the FSM (Factory service manual) at www.nissanservicemanual.com and see if you see anything there that's common to the circuits that aren't working...

The ignition relay feeds the fuses that power the clutch relay and the turn signals too, along with some other circuits you may not realize aren't working. See EL-7 and EL-11 in the ESM linked above. Look at the EL section in a 1998 truck, they're the same.
Are the hazard lamps not working too?
The ignition relay is on the back of the interior fuse block- see EL-204. Remove the fuse block and turn it over. You should have power at the white wire at terminal 1L and 3M into the fuse block.
See if the ignition relay clicks when the key is turned on. If not, take it out and see if there are 2 hot terminals where it plugs in. If there are 2 hot terminals and it clicks, the relay may be bad. If the relay is OK, there is a problem in the fuse block. Rare, but possible. Good luck.

Ok, I missed where you said the hazards are working. If that's true, the ignition relay is OK.
Exactly which fuses are not being powered?

Currently I found that the alternator would not charge without power to the instrument panel "meter fuse". So I put a wire from ACC fuse to the meter fuse and now the alternators working. As far as what does not work is. the signals, (Hazard does), wipers and meter.

Find out why those fuses have no power and all your problems will be fixed.
Take a look at the ESM pages I listed above and understand the power flow.
