97 Nissan 200sx se restoration project HELP!!!

my car is in major need of repair and as such it is major cop magnet. my dad about a year ago loaned it and had a deer smash into driver side denting whole door and down side by gas cap which has worst damage (too severe for putty filler and cant get behind it so please give advice on how to fix besides cutting whole dang thing off). My mom took out bumper cover once by pulling U-turn on a curb. a semi-truck rear ended me at a stoplight so now trunk doesnt open (recently bent it so it will now open and close)and key lock is bent in. and most recent damage is when i spun off the freeway and hit metal pole when trying to avoid a deer creating dent in hood and front radiator cover cracked. not to mention clutch is very stiff (bearings probly need replaced) oil is burning over a quart every two weeks but car isnt blowing blue smoke. but out of all this the hardest question i'm having trouble figuring out is cig lighter outlet. it will charge things and work just fine when car ignition is turned onto "electronics only" but when car is turned on it doesnt work at all.. I know this is a lot of questions but i appreciate any help i can get (no comments on that plz :P)

I'm thinking you got some crazy cross short or something cause you have crash the car to many times.
