i,m looking at a 97 se maxima with 96,000 the guy is asking 6400 is this a good price for this car

plain jane '97 SE in your area without leather or anything else (automatic) and 96k miles has a private party resale value of $6240 on Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com). This is assuming the vehicle is in excellant condition. Add leather, moon roof, etc and that increases to $6760.

A "Good" condition lowers the base resale value to $5675...
