97 Maxima Crankshaft pulley

My crankshaft pulley is moving back and forth,and shredded my power steering pump belt.Can anyone tell me if this is easy fix or have come across this problem??Thanks....

Make sure the washer is on the crankshaft bolt and tighten it down to spec per your FSM.
