I was thinking of buying 240sx but while test driving it the car suddenly shuts off after i left off the gas. i can easily pop the clutch and it turns on again and i can drive it but after boosting i cant let off the clutch without the car turning off. Im thinking vacuum leak somewhere but im not sure? any ideas?

the engine is a ka24de-T with a cheap .50a/r turbo. it was auto and converted to a 5spd pre-turbo swap and the manual engine harness hasn't been connected yet.

Might be a vaccuum leak, but I had the same problem and it was just the plugs...

Lack of momentum after all the power of WOT/ crappy spark . my car has an 11lb flywheel and after I turbo'ed if I did not have nice spark plugs it would die with the clutch engaged more than half the time after I throttled it. Also could be a little to rich after you gun it and push in the clutch, hopefully he has some sort of a/f gauge you can meter that with.

Probably have an blow off valve thats causing your stalling. Very common issue with any boosted motor thats got a MAF sensor. You should recirculate your BOV and the stalling will stop. Also, a lightened flywheel adds to this problem, but you can bump up your idle air control valve, idle a little higher and it helps catch idle tremendously.
