I have a 97 infiniti qx4. It leaks coolant from behind the transmission only when the truck is parked on slope, frontwards or backwards.I tried to race where it was coming from, but it comes down from the seal between the engine and transmission. so from up in the engine somewhere. more on the drivers side.Does anyone have an idea.?and if anyone has a diagram of coolant lines in the engine, that would be great too, thanks

There is really nothing inside between the trans and engine. but directly above the trans there are 2 coolant hoses that can be seen from the passenger side of the engine looking down behind the plentium. It may be one of those two hoses leaking. But also I have replaced several heads due to a pourus spot between the head and the gasket about 3 cm from the large coolant port at the rear of the head that leads to the block. If pressurizing the system you can see that leak spraying out toward the fire wall looking up along the exhaust tube from the bottom drivers side. It is a very small stream of coolant and may require you to adjust your veiw looking around the exhuast tube to see it.
