97 Infiniti QX4 loose steering when turning

Do I have an issue with my rack and pinion? I heard rattle sound when I hit small bumps on the road from the front end. I also noticed a noise when I turn left from a complete stop. Also noticed sporadic loose steering when turning at higher speeds.

I just had the the left and right control arms, sway bar links and ball joints replaced because they were worn down.

I just bought a QX4 that has loose steering. What bushings did you replace and what was the cost?

Common on these trucks to have to replace the front suspension rubber components and shocks and steering every 10 years or less due to weight of wheels and tires. Wheel bearings are about due.
