97 Infiniti Q45 Engine Rough Idle Problem (Searched)

I am a recent owner of an 1997 Infiniti Q45. Just rolled over 130k.

Problem: I get in turn the key wait for my seat and steering wheel to adjust and then start. I let my car warm up and then leave. About a mile away from my house is a stop light. I slow to a stop and sit at the light. I notice my shfter starts rocking and my car is rocking. Very faint but still very noticeable. I think it may be my engine. Seems it won't have a stead idle after warming up and driving it. Went a little ways down the road to the drive thru at a fast food joint and in park it stills is bogging. Its been going on since ive had it. Thought id change the oil (5W30 Synthetic Mobil 1) on monday to see if it would help. But nothing still has a rough idle.

What I am trying to get out of this is a solution before going to a dealer of a mechanic around town. ALL HELP/SUGGESTIONS/IDEAS WELCOME.
