97' I30 and I need headlights..where do I go??

I need lights for the front of my car..i guess the assembly is what its called??.. my driverside is busted and and my right side fog lights (both of them) are busted as well. They all still worked just the glass is broken. Ive called the autoshops and they are tellling ,me they arent available. Where do i go??

and whats the difference between lens and housing...or assembly??..if my lights are still working do i just need lenses??....

im so confused..please assist if you can..I cant afford to by the wrong thing...

I suggest calling your local infiniti dealer. i paid about $200 for parts and labor for a cornering light on my 96 I30. the labor was about $50 and the part was about $150 roughly. the lens is the glass cover and the housing (assembly) is the whole thing, light bulb and all. hope that helps.

Check http://car-part.com/ for what you need at junk yards in your state/area. Also check http://www.ebay.com/ , the Cefiro (smoked or chrome) headlights should fit with no gap on the I 30's.

The installation is pretty basic with a couple screw drivers and some small metric sockets.

You might be able to spend a little more money and get the Nissan Cefiro 1-piece headlights. They are one piece, encompassing the headlight and corner light. The beam pattern seems to be better, and they really update the whole look of the car

Good news, however, is it looks like after graduation I'll be living in Franklin (20 miles south of Nashville) for the summer so I should be game for some summer meets in Nashville and/or BG again.
