I replaced the alternator and starter. It sounds like it wants to turn over but it wont. The battery has a good charge of 12.54Volts, but in order for it to try and turn over I need to get a jump from another car. The clutch switch is working and making contact. I havent check the relay. Is their sonmthing else I might be missing.

Check the wires, it might be worn out. Run a DMM through the wires

I have 12.54 Volts on the starter side of the cable. Any idea of what the ohms should be. How do I test the relay. What other power wires should I test.
