97 d21 obd2 part name help

having a hard time figuring out what this one particular broken part is called. looked on here and google for diagrams and lists of parts and have come up empty.

97 d21 cal emissions. replaced vent valve on the canister (canister had a slight crack from undoing the old valve so some hot glue and hope its sealed!!) while putting it in I noticed a part is broken on a different piece.

on the back of my truck attached to the frame is my canister. not including the valve there is 2 hoses coming off the canister directly. the smaller one goes to a white vac splitter of sorts. this white splitter has 2 very small hoses that go towards the back of the truck and connect to this piece that also has an electrical connection.. this piece is what im trying to name and figure out it's purpose.

where the 2 hoses attach to this piece is a short piece of plastic that seems to be glued (at best) to the metal part.

please help if you can figure out what I mean. trying to get this dang this with no cel for a sticker

I wish. I still use a non smart phone. I have narrowed it down (thanks to amazon.com haha) to vacuum cut bypass valve, vapor canister purge solenoid or egr vac solenoid. leaning towards canister purge solenoid.

ill have my fiancé help me with loading a pic or 2 up here tomorrow

long delay. the part is the vent bypass valve solenoid. green connector part #k5t48181 or Nissan oem # 1490054u0a. ordered it today.

now the only code I still have is 0443 or purge solenoid. I replaced mine with a used one out of a 96. don't know if it worked correctly or not but code came back after 20ish miles. I took apart and cleaned the one I pulled out of my 97 and replaced it and once again code came back after 10 miles. is there an off chance that this bypass valve might be the issue?? I did replace the canister vent valve already with a brandie new one too prior.
