97 Altima Intake Manifold gasket

hey folks. would anyone have a real time estimate of how many hours will it take to R & R the Intake Manifold gasket for my 97 ALtima.I get a bunch of different estimates from 5.5 to 9.5 hours from shops.Engine is in good condition (no Rust - west coast car). Things come off generally easy, without WD40.I guess there is no other solution to get the eng check light off than to just replace this. Is there two or one gasket that I must change?
