97-98 front end conversion help!

97-98 conversion help. I know this has been posted before, but i can't find it.

I have a zenki. My bumper/headlight/hood have all been damaged. I figure now is the best time to replace it with 97-98 parts.

What EXACTLY must be done. Don't the fenders/hood/bumper all bolt up to factory locations? So i only need to buy the parts, and they should line up perfectly.......right?????

What is a ballpark estimate of all the parts? And does anyone have a recomended place to get the parts?
