hi guys, i know this sounds really stupid, but i dont know how to take the bulbs off my 97 240sx. I reached in from the front of the bumper and tried to shake/wiggle the thing but it seems like its different from the headlight and the low beam light, it doesnt twist or anything, do i need to losen some screws or what? ive tried searching on here but i couldnt find anything. please help. thanks.

can you possibly take a pic of the back side of the foglight? I remember trying to replace my bulbes the first time, there is a piece that twits off (at least on the zenkis) and it was hard as hell to get off the first time. Anywho, pics would help, unless someone with a kouki can chime in.

im trying to not take the fog light off, it takes a while to take it off and what im trying to do is find a way that i can just replace it without going through all the hassel. Anyone done it before?

if you're just trying to replace the bulb there should be a hard rubber/plastic domed out piece on the rear of the fog light that should screw off. It might be a pain to get off the first time, but the foglight bulb should be behind that. again i've only dealt with zenki fog lights, but I can't imagine the kouki's would be that different. once inside, there should be a metal clip that should pop off on one side and is hinged on the other so you can swing it out of the way. after that just pull the bulb out, disconnect the power cable and replace.
