97 240sx cranks won't start

I have a 1997 240sx manual transmission and was trying to install a safc2 according to apexi's website....... when I turned the key to on the check engine light blinks very very fast and I hear a clicking coming from under the hood, in the area of the intake manifold...... I am no noob to electronics and double checked the wiring before and after.... from what I can see it's installed correctly........ the car is bone stock......
