97 240 instrument cluster not working?

I have a 97 240 that I currently have the dash out of. I have the instrument cluster pluged in but none of the gauges are regeristering. Is there a ground contact that needs to be made on the cluster or something else that must be done without it being installed into the dash? Thanks very much!

What up ....is that your cluster is not work. when is your last time change your cluster .........anythink you need maybe i can help you man
