96 zenki - worth it?

recently found a 96 with some minor mods, guy is asking 4500
119k miles, lowered on megan streets with about 9k miles on them, full 3in exhasut (skunk2 apparently) DC header, clean interior, minor cosmetic damage(random bumps, scratches, small dents, no frame rust, clean interior, automatic.
what does everyone think

idk how few of 240s there is by you, but back in nov in nj, my friend payed 5k for a 95 with a sr, megan tracks and full megan control arms. around 120k on chassis,his car was clean , the fender and hood were mismatched paint but other wise no rust. personally i think it worth less then 4500. maybe 3500. esp since its an auto. but thats just my personal opinion.

i saw that posting on craigslist. I think you should offer 3500-4000 to start ( negotiating is a part of selling and or buying a car ). What part of maryland are you from..im in frederick.
