96 vs 98 240sx lsd

I have a 96 240sx with ABS and NO LSD. Does anyone know if a 98 240sx LSD with ABS is a direct bolt in. The part numbers are different according to the dealership but they are not sure what the difference is. Will the abs still be functional?
