96 s14 Fuel pump not getting power

Ive checked all the relays and fueses and was wondering of any other ideas. im gonna try putting a new ecu in soon incase its the ecu and which wire is the power wire the plane black or the black with the white stripe wanna be able to just fire my motor up and cant figure out which one is which

did yo use a multimeter and check the fuel pump connector on the ACC to see if it gets 12V?

yea its not getting any power it just a tiny bit when i turn the key on other then that nothin

My fuel pump didn't turn on one day I was at the airport. I checked everything, and it turned out that my maf wires shorted out and fried my ecu.

yea i think it is my ecu everything seems to be pointing to it
