I have a totally stock '96 240sx 4-lug. Will 17x9 +20mm wheels fit OK on the S14 without having to roll the fenders and not rub against strut in the front?

Oh ya, and what tires should I run with? like 235/45 R17 or 245/45 R17

You really should roll your fenders, it's easy, cheap, and it makes your wheel fitment 100x better.

It's not hard, I did it myself with a fender roller in one night (you can do it with a baseball bat as well, it's cheaper and comes out just as good!)

As far as your sizing, 17x9+20 will be sunken in the rear if you are low on an S14. The front will fit fine and will clear struts.

I actually like the hammer method as opposed to the baseball bat method

btw, I'm not too sure, but I think 17x9 +20 will rub up front if you have coils

9 +20 shouldnt rub, unless you havea ****ton of camber

IMO perfect on n s14 is +15 front rear on a 9/10

so it should look Fine and fit finemake sure the face will clear your brakes if you have other than OEm

does any have any pics with something similar offsets and width? Why would the rear look sunken with 20mm offset?

Hope this helps....17x9 +35 225/45 w/ -1 degree camber now use your imagination for a +25

I have 9 +24 up front and they clear my coils by about 7 mm. +20 will give you about 11 mm. As for rubbing, just raise your chassis unless you're looking to tuck them under the fender. +20 definitely needs a roll and slight pull depending on how much you want to tuck.
