Hi,

I have a 96 Pathfinder which I am fixing up. I have recently replaced the brake lines seen below but my brakes are not working.

The pedal goes to the floor, rear wheel stop but front still turn
Lines have been bled, no air, and lots of pressure

My mechanic thought it might be that I had the brake lines reversed, they are the same as when I got it below, but someone had already replaced them by the looks of it,and I can't find a good diagram in the manual to check if they are right. Anyone know if they are correctly connected?

thanks for any help

If the pedal goes to the floor, you got air in the lnes. I'm guessing it's in the front circuit somewhere.

I have solved my problem so just in case anyone else has this issue:

Issues:
Pedal goes to the floor
Brakes engages on rear wheels but not the front
clean bleed at each wheel (no air)
Brakes engage fully when pedal is pumped

Solution
I had air in the proportioning valve (where the lower A and Bs are on my first picture), bleeding it firmed everything up.

What happened to your fuel filter? It looks like it's just kinda hangin there.
