Saw this on Craigslist. At about half what he is asking I think I would go take a look. Wonder why he put new tires on a car with only 20,000 miles on it, unless the rubber just started to deteriorate from age. http://orangecounty.craigslist....html

I have never had a set of tires in my life on any car that lasted 20,000 miles. I should hope that he wasn't still driving on 14 year old tires. I wonder if the mileage is really real.

A 13 year old vehicle is worth 5% of new MSRP say $2500 plus the CORRECT MILEAGE ADJUSTMENT say 4 cents per mile times corrected difference [say .04 x 130k = $5200] LESS deduct the cost to restore any defects due to AGE of rubber, shocks, suspension bushings due to ozone exposure say $3,000 so $4750 would be a fair price.

IF the odometer can be proven to be accurate [only takes 1 hour to set it anyway you want].

Ask for a VIN and carfax it. That will at least give you some indication/information if the odo has been reset!

Dont bank on it!!!!!! I traded my G20 in to the Infiniti dealer when I bought my Q45.......My G had 149,xxx miles on it and a few months later I ran a carfax on it and it showed 49,xxx.....it somehow lost 100,000 miles since I had it!!!!!!!!!! Someone turned the odometer back and made a tidy profit for the "low mile beauty"

This guy is on crack, no way someone throws out 10k on this car. He might get 5-6k but 10k, not a chance.

Well that could easily be addressed after you take the VIN number to the dealer. They keep records of the mileage once you bring it to the dealer for anything. The made profit off of someone with no knowledge about car purchases.

Actually this is a CA car, so no way to roll back the odo as they track that every other year when you smog. For sure this is the real mileage, but nobody is giving 10k.

If this was close to me and I was in the market I would take a look see. If its been garaged the interior leather would be as new.

There' nothing like the smell of a new q in a 13 year car. I have one and its orgasmic.

I'd crawl under it and if it looks like no corrosion or dirt build up then I'd take to an Infinity dealer for a check out. I love this color interior... its so rich looking, second only to black and pure white. I found a 95 with 34,000 miles a couple years back near me. Took it out for a spin and the drive train had that vibration. Could have been the propeller, plus trans mounts plus god knows what elase. I took a pass though mostly because of the rose/taupe exterior.

This look like a rare bird and worth some money to us OEM Q guys. Slap some 17s on it, Tokiko blues, FSTB, mounts, drive shaft.. then its a 13,000 car.

I don't know, there are a lot of suckers out there! Price now a days is no biggie! If you don't have the money, declare bankruptcy and let uncle sam pick up the bill! It's the new american way! Buy now, let the next generation pay! I think I'll give him $12K!

The problem I think is that very few people outside of this board see the value in the 1st gen Q45. For 10k you can get something in a V8 gas guzzler much newer (albeit not as great of a car).

I think he will have to take 6k max just given the age and lack of NOW styling.
