'96 Q O 2 Sensor Threw Code

Check engine light with code P 0136, o2 sensor. No noticeable symptoms. Anyone know how serious it might be and if $200 plus labor is reasonable? I was told that there might be as many as four o2 sensors. Thanks.

I looked up the 96 for NGK O2 sensors at sparkplugs.com. The price varies between unit. I recently purchased NGK sensors for my 91.
