here's a link to the '96 USDM Service Manual. You can take a look through it for the pinout. It's just a hassle because Nissan likes to spread out each pinout across the EC, EL, HA, and BR sections.

I got bored today, so I went through the '96 manual and compiled the KA dash plug. The main differences seem to be just in pinouts.

Punctuation....it burns my soul to not see it.

Remember, it's not just a matter of matching wires up between the KA plug and the SR plug. There's things on the SR plug that don't exist on the. Things like the Boost Pressure Sensor. Also, the Power Steering Switch stays on the EFI harness for the SR harness. It's routed through the chassis harnessing on the KA harness.

Also, another big difference I just noticed is the CAS gets power through the dash plug on the SR side. That's not the case for the KA, so you'll have to splice it some power as well.

Your best bet is to really sit down with the SR harness and the KA harness and both their service manuals and go through them wire by wire. My notes are done up straight off the manuals without actually having touched anything. If there's anything I've learned over the years, the manuals are not 100% accurate.
