96 Pathfinder noise problem , need help

My pathfinder makes funny noises when speed reaches 45mph to 65 mph, when depress the gas pedal, noise stops. I think noise coming from the rear end but I dont know for sure. any idea?????

It may be the torque converter locking up

what kind of noise.... whinning, clicking, bang, etc.... try to compare it to something we can imagine...

problem found! Bad Deff/Pinion gear bearings !!
