Hello, First post on here.

Recently I bought a 1996 Nissan KingCab 2wd Pickup. The owner told me that the brake lines had rusted out in a few spots and he replaced the lines. But every time you apply the brakes there is zero pressure at the pedal. The pedal sinks straight to the floor. I bleed the lines numerous times and even replaced the master cylinder but still nothing changed. I even bleed the abs module but once again nothing changed, I'm at a complete loss at what to do next. anybody have any knowledge on this and can help me out.

Thank you for your time.

Welcome to NICO! Did the owner happen to remove or replace the front calipers? I have seen many times where the calipers are accidentally reversed which causes the bleeders to point down instead of up and this makes bleeding impossible.

I still haven't been able to figure this out.

The brakes when pushed all the way to the floor will slowly stop the truck. There is no leaks anywhere that I can see.

Something's you might want to check - There was a production change in the master cylinders. There is a 12/95 - 01/96 cylinder also there is a RWd and a 4x4 flavor. Check the length of the rod between the cylinders,if they are not this could present an issue. Check the fittings the PO used if compression fittings were used it is possible for the system to draw air. I had an issue bleeding the brakes in my 1997 Nissan pickup, spent hours trying to get a good pedal, long story short the hand brake was froze which prevented the rear shoes from making contact with the drums. Check the rear self adjusters,if the spool is stuck, this can also cause issues. Good luck

One other thing you might want to try. - jack the truck up,have one person apply the brake and a second person turn the wheel,if the wheel turns freely, this would be a good starting place.

Wish I could help you but I was never able to figure it out, but since i got the truck pretty cheap I ended up just scrapping it and only taking a small lost.

takes a while to bleed the system when you replace the MC because your air bubble is right up at the top. Start with the left rear, right rear, right front, then left front. Are you getting fluid out of the bleeders?

Is the fluid coming out nice and clean when you bleed?
