96 Nissan Factory Alarm Problem?

Hi, i have a 96 nissan maxima that came with a factory alarm. All of sudden the alarm just goes off by itself. Does anybody know of what that might mean, or why that might be happening. It has happend to me a number of times, and i am afraid its going to happen at night and wake up the neighboors. So if anyone has any clue. Its the factory alarm. I have no clue why. So someone please help me out,Thanks

That happens to me every once in a while when I have the alarm off and the doors unlocked. When I go to open the door it sounds. IDK if its a problem though. Hasnt happened in a while though.
