96 Maxima will not jump start.

My son drives a 1996 Maxima and needs help with it. I have searched this site and found many posts describing his problem but none of the suggestions have fixed it. The car will not start and here is a little history of the problem. Two days ago it would not start so he called AAA for a jump. That worked and the driver told him the battery was bad. He drove it for a little bit and had to turn it off to go inside. When he returned again it would not start so he asked a friend to give him a jump but it did not start. He went and bought a new battery and put it in, still would not start. They tried to jump it, still would not start. I went to look things over and everything seemed ok but would not start nor jump. The lights come on good and strong but no chimes or horn. After reading posts I thought starter so I removed the starter and solenoid had them tested at two different stores and everything checked fine. One store recommended the ignition relay but it tested fine. When you turn the key there is no clicking or anything and under the hood you hear a quite buzz but nothing ever happens. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Anyone have a recommendation for a shop in the Louisville Ky area? Thank you in advance.

have someone check ur alternator. i had to get mine replaced and had the same problem. have someone check it before u replace it tho

Get a new battery!
