96 maxima throttle issues

My 96 maxima stalls out when I come to a stop. It only seems to happen after the car is warm. It does not happen all the time, only once every other day. When it stalls out, it won't restart for two or three trys then it will run rough for ~10min, then it is back to its normal operation. Also, when i come to a stop the idle speed goes down to 200 rpm (almost stalls)just before I stop. If i lift off the break the idle speed jumps back up to 700rpm. When the car is running rough, I will be going about 40 mph, let off the gas and the rpm gage will drop all the way to idle speed, then when I push on the gas peddle it jumps back up to acceleration speed. I have replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, and have taken it to a mechanic with no results. Any help would be great
