96 maxima auto to manual transmission swap

how difficult would it be to make a 96 maxima automatic to a manual ? would techs have to do it? would it be worth it or to buy a new car?

Anyway, people do 5 speed swaps on maxima's, and I dont think they really invovled, however trans R/R isnt really easy compared to RWD cars. I will wait for a maxima guy to chime in.
