96 ka24de swap into 91 s13 need help

i finally pulled my motor today (91 ka24de obd1)i pulled the motor today and left the transmission still bolted on and got a 96 ka24de sitting on the side i pulled the exhaust manifold (cuz im putting an s13 headers and hks exhaust) im buyin an s13 dohc intake manifold, ecu , and distributor but i was wondering how i can block off the emission off the s14 intake manifold and if i should pull the transmission too please reply thanks
