96 ka24de into 93 s13 ka24de NEED HELP ASAP!!

im trying to swap in a 96 ka24de off an s14 in to my 93 s13 ka24de. i've already put the s13 manifolds on the 96 but im having trouble mounting the injectors and some part of the vacuum system that is mounted on the rear of the head. the bolts that are suppose to mount the plate have been moved. can this system be removed and still be able to pass emissions over here in south texas.? everything else seems like it would fit except for that plate. i could really use an answer asap.

if you are talking about the vac crossover lines just bolt it down where it fits and extend your vac lines where needed just be sure and use good quality vac line.

is there anything else that's gonna have to be changed or modified now that the engine is almost gonna be installed?
