I have a few questions regarding this swap. First off, this is what I'm working with. I have a 90 240 hatch 5spd that I just pulled the blown sohc ka and transmission out of. I can get a DOHC motor from a 96, and it has an auto transmission attached. What I'd like to do is take the '96 KAde and bolt my transmission up to it. What I'm unsure of is the wiring. Would I be correct in assuming the 96 was obd2? Also, what harness/ecu would work best (s13 dohc)? Any other thoughts regarding this swap would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the link! I've read through it and the only part that I think is different is that the motor I'm getting is obd2. I'm not sure if 95's are? Shouldn't be too hard to figure out either way. I guess the easiest way to learn is to try it and fix what doesnt work.
