Ok, my 96 ka24de is running a little lean at start up and normal driving. At WOT the a/f gauge maxes out in rich. It is a NA engine with straight pipe to a magnaflow muffler, an eBay intake, and altima electric fans. what could cause this? I pulled the plugs for a compression test and got 160 on all cylinders and the plugs look a little white.

Oh and the check engine light is on. code for the idle control system and for the knock sensor. will a bad IACV make it do this? Bad injectors? Bad fuel filter?
