96 ka into 93 s13

i blew the motor in my 93 s13 the other day and am looking at a ka out of a 96 240. from what i heard you need to replace the intake manifold, ecu, maf, exhaust maybe? and the distributer, to complete the swap. does that mean that i have to put all those parts from my 93 ka to on the 96 ka? has anyone done this swap before that could possibly help me out?thanks a lot
