96 j30 hesitant and loss of power

after changing the timing belt my car shakes at idle does not have that power i once had. i really ran out of i deas and i would appreciate your guys help i want to regain all of that back. your help is greatly appreciated in advance so come on guys help an j30 brother out.

Who changed the belt? Lose the timing? Not good as it is an interference engine.

Why no water pump et al?

i did the work myself and it all started with replacing the water pump and i made a mistake by removing the camshaft position sensor so i redid the timing and now it starts just fine but has that issue with it. i really dont know if removing the CPS would have threw it off tim the first time.
